Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Any advance amount collected for vehicle reservation, test drive confirmation, or service booking is non-refundable, unless the company or dealer cancels the booking due to unavailability or technical reasons.

2. Cancellation by Customer

• If a customer voluntarily cancels a confirmed booking, no refund will be issued unless specified in writing at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by Company

• If the booking is canceled by us (due to stock issues, location limitations, or other valid reasons), the full advance will be refunded within 7-10 working days to the original payment mode.

4. Accessories or Service Add-ons

• Purchases of vehicle add-ons, custom accessories, or service fees are final and non-refundable, unless the item is unavailable or defective.
